Special Jury Prize
The Special Jury Prize category acknowledges extraordinary digital innovation, particularly those that did not win in other categories but demonstrate significant potential for impacting the tech industry in Moldova and beyond. It's a platform to celebrate innovative work that pushes the boundaries of technology. This category will evaluate only the top eight applications, those ranked second or third in their respective categories.
The jury's decision will be taking into consideration international recognition, certifications, and achievements of the applicants. This prestigious category shines a spotlight on exceptional innovation, inspiring further digital creativity within the Moldovan tech community.
The participant can apply with the same project in different categories to which it is eligible. Please note that a separate application form should be submitted for each category that the participant wishes to apply to, depending on the specifics and requirements of the category.
Moldova Innovation Awards contestants are evaluated by an independent jury comprising nine top experts from Moldova and around the world. The entire process consists of four stages, including the review, pitch and the award itself:

Selected finalists will participate in the Pitch Day contest on 12 or 13 June.

Yes, participants are free to apply for multiple categories in the Moldova Innovation Awards, but they must submit a separate application for each. It's important to remember that only one application is permitted per category, and every application must meet the specific requirements and criteria of its respective category. An application that does not align with its category's criteria will be removed. Similarly, an application can be submitted for multiple categories if the project meets the eligibility criteria for each. However, a failure to meet the category's criteria will result in disqualification.
